On 17th March 2011 the traditional topping out ceremony was held at the construction site of INTERFERIE Medical SPA Hotel in Swinoujscie. The ceremony was attended by leading figures from the local authorities as well as the representatives of the investor and the general contractor: the President of Swinoujscie City Janusz Zmurkiewicz, the President of Interferie Medical SPA Adam Milanowski, the President of the Board of Portico Project Management – Robert B. Pawlak and the Vice-Presidents of the Board of Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex Ewa Katarzyna Wolska and Kryspin Jarosz.
The total surface area of SPA and conference resort in Swinoujscie is to be over 28 000 m2 which includes services, communication and technical infrastructure. The hotel is to have 308 rooms, a recreational swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna as well as fitness and entertainment facilities. The underground garage and parking together will have over 9 000 m2. At the moment the development is in shell & core stage.
