We are delighted to announce that the PRS building, developed in partnership with Eiffage Immobilier Polska as Development Manager and occupied by LifeSpot – A Place for You, has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the ‘Very Good’ level!
This means that the building meets high standards of sustainability. The BREEAM certificate assesses the building’s environmental friendliness and the level of comfort it provides to its users. We are delighted with this achievement and warmly congratulate both Eiffage Immobilier Polska, which led the project, and the construction team at Eiffage Polska Budownictwo responsible for its completion.
