Kępa Mieszczańska will be enriched by two modern residential buildings of Eiffage Immobilier Polska. The construction of the Atmo apartments located in a direct neighborhood of the emerging central city park, has just begun. The construction works are supervised by Eiffage Polska Budownictwo.
Atmo consists of two 6-storey buildings located at 13, Dmowskiego Street in Wrocław. It has been designed with 113 flats at surface from 26 to 145 meters. The design also features different layouts: from ergonomic studio to spacious 5-rooms apartments. The investment will also include 6 service premises in the ground floor and a garage for 136 places.
– We have created Atmo for those who are looking for an atmospheric area, combining functional housing arrangements, original architecture and an excellent location in a green enclave. Anyone who values nature close to the city center will find it all here, says Sebastian Bieńkowski, Project Investment Director at Eiffage Immobilier Polska.
During the last few weeks, the construction site has been cleaned. The construction works are led by Eiffage Polska Budownictwo, a general contractor well known in Wrocław for the construction of projects such as OVO, Thespian, and Rezydencja na Dyrekcyjnej (formerly Angel Care).
– Atmo is a special investment for us. It is the first residential project of the Group in Wrocław and the third project to be delivered in the Southern Region,” says Marek Kowallik, Diretor of the Southern Region at Eiffage Polska Budownictwo. – Atmo perfectly combines modern construction with elements of history. It is a demanding facility in which, thanks to revitalizing the facade of an old stable, once again we will preserve the past for future generations – he adds.
The investment was designed in the studio of Zbigniew Maćków architects. This is a loft project expressed in the glass panels at the entrance zone and in the cross-ceiling in the service area. There is a historic touch to be kept in a façade of the old stable that was part of a military barracks in the 19th century. After thorough revitalization, it will become part of a modern building. The entire building is will be completed with a subtle front-facing light.
Atmo is growing in the direct neighborhood of Mieszczański Park. From the very beginning, the Eiffage Immobilier Poland has been involved in the conceptual work aimed at implementing this project. The new central city park project will be a part of development of the Atmo’s green patio. It will allow to make the neighboring green areas complement to each other.
The approximate date for completion of the construction of Atmo is the second half of 2022. It is the second joint residential project of Eiffage group in Wrocław. There are apartments of HB1820 that grow at Przedmieście Oławskie at 18 and 20 Haukego-Bosaka street.
