On May 8th, 2015 Eiffage Polska Budownictwo signed a contract with Dom Development S.A. The general contractor will raise four residential buildings by Garażowa street in Warsaw. The construction of each building includes two underground and nine above-ground storeys with car drives and accompanying architecture.
Studio Mokotów will be located in the heart of a dynamic business area near the Polish Television. Four residential buildings consist of 319 apartments and prestigious studios for more demanding clients. Inside halls, a green bailey with alleys and small architecture and underground parking will enhance the inhabitants everyday comfort level. In addition, ten commercial premises will be located on the side of Garażowa and Magazynowa streets.
The contract value amounts to PLN 70 million net. All construction works will be finished in November 2016.
FS&P Arcus studio was responsible for the design of Studio Mokotów.
