Eiffage Polska Budownictwo the general contractor of ‘Przy Bażantarni’ housing estate

Eiffage Polska Budownictwo SA signed a contract for the construction of a housing estate by Przy Bażantarni street in Warsaw.
Three 5 to 9-storey buildings (labeled 8B, C and D starting from Przy Bażantarni street) will offer a total of 214 apartments. Every building has an elevator and a special storing room for bicycles and baby carriage. The smallest inhabitants will have a playground at their disposal. The compound security system involves monitoring, videophones and anti-burglar windows in apartments at ground level.
All construction works should be finished in second half of 2017. Przy Bażantarni Sp. z o.o. S.k, the entity which is responsible for the investment, is a venture of Volumetric Polska Sp. z o.o. and RK Investment, two rapidly developing and experienced housing construction companies.
