Eiffage Polska Budownictwo has won a tender for the general contractor of a new Poznan investment by OKRE Development sp. z o.o. The object of the signed contract is the construction of 3 multi-family residential buildings with a service part located in the centre of Poznań – on the border between Wilda and Śródmieście.
The scope of work includes the construction of 93 flats and 3 service units, an underground car park, the construction of internal infrastructure, the construction of connections and the target environment, the reconstruction of the nearby tramway station and the execution documentation.
