Eiffage Polska Budownictwo awarded a distinction in the “Public Utility Buildings” category

Modern and sustainable architecture deserves recognition! Eiffage Polska Budownictwo received a distinction and a certificate of appreciation for the construction of the Bogucki Folie office building in Jatne.

The project was awarded in the “Public Utility Buildings” category in the 29th edition of the nationwide competition Modernization of the Year & Construction of the 21st Century.

Eiffage Polska Budownictwo served as the general contractor for the modern, boutique office building, distinguished not only by its aesthetics and functionality, but also by the use of energy-efficient solutions: a system for recovering technological heat from machines warms the rooms through fan coil units, while cooling is provided by a chilled-water installation from the plant’s refrigeration unit. This year, 535 projects were submitted to the competition, and only 60 made it to the finals. Being included in this group was already a great honor!

The awards ceremony took place at the Royal Castle in Warsaw. The awards on behalf of Eiffage Polska Budownictwo were received by Antoni Wróblewski, Łukasz Nowocień, and Piotr Saulewicz. Congratulations to everyone who was part of this project.
