4th September 2008 Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex signed the contract for construction of car park in Galeria Echo in Kielce. The completion of the contact will hold within the first stage of extension of the retail-service-entertainment centre. The area of 7-level car park will accounts for 48 000 sqm. Construction works on the site will start on 15th September and their completion is planned on May 2009. The value of the contract amounts to 32 mln PLN and its Investor is Echo Investment company.
