Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex will serve as the general contractor of the residential building by Jednosci Str. in Wroclaw. The contract signed at 2nd July includes the construction of over 13 000 sq.m. usable area with c.a. 200 flats (with the space from 41 to 97 sq.m.). Shops and commercial spaces will be located at the ground floor whereas the underground level will be filled with car park for 211 cars. Also included in the scheme will be green area with playground. The completion of the contract is planned on the 1st half of 2012. Echo Investment S.A. is the investor and the value of the contract amounts to over PLN 43 million net.
