Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex SA will complete the second stage of “Capital Art Apartments”

24 June 2008 Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex signed the contract for completion of the second stage of “Capital Art Apartments” investment. Its range embraces the completion of eighteen-storey and eight-storey residential building with commercial spaces by Giełdowa 4 in Warsaw. The contract includes the completion of three-storey underground car park as well as the external infrastructure with roads and external networks. Capital Art Apartments Sp. z o.o. is the investor, whereas the value of the complete contract (I and II stage) accounts for 125 mln PLN. The investment will be completed within 18 months. Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex is currently finishing the first stage of „Capital Art Apartments” investment, which includes the nine-storey residential building with commercial spaces. It will be given to use in September this year.
