On December 23, 2011 Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex signed a conditional contract for the construction of Amber Shopping Centre in Kalisz. The value of the contract is over PLN 160 million net. According to the agreement the 4-storey development will be finished 19 months after the beginning of construction works and will contain 140 commercial premises including shops and
restaurants as well as a parking with 1100 places. The total surface area of the centre equals 88 000 sq. m. The investor is Echo Investment S.A. The newly built investment will be the largest commercial & entertainment centre in the Kalisz and Ostrow Wielkopolski agglomeration which is inhabited by 350 000 people.
