On 28th April 2008, Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex signed a contract to build hotel Ibis at Warszawska St. (from IX Wieków Kielc Alley) in Kielce. The five-story building will feature 112 guest rooms, restaurants, conference rooms, and maintenance and utility rooms for the staff. The design provides an underground parking for 32 vehicles and an outside parking space for 11 cars. The company will also construct the external infrastructure and access roads. The PLN 23M project is to be completed over the next 12 months. HEKON Hotele Ekonomiczne SA is the investor of the project.
