Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex S.A. to establish Aquarius Business House for Echo Investment S.A

On the 30^th of June 2011 Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex S.A. signed a contract for the shell & core stage of Aquarius Business House in Wroclaw. Furthermore the General Contractor will build a multi-level parking and carry out necessary siteworks. The total surface area of the business resort is over 40 000 m². Construction works will last till June 2012. The value of the contract amounts to PLN 19 million net. The investor is Echo Investment S.A.
