Eiffage Budownictwo Mitex SA signed the contract for the construction of the first building on the “Mokotów Park Apartments” housing estate (it will consist of three buildings altogether). The development will be located at Bernardyńska St. in Warsaw. 134 flats and underground car park are planned there. Construction works will be accomplished to July 2011. The value of the contract amounts to c.a. PLN 32 m net and Marvipol SA is the investor.
