Construction of Kierbedzia 4 is now completed!

Eiffage Polska Budownictwo has just completed the construction of an apartment block in Mokotów, a fashionable district much loved by Warsaw residents, on the quiet Stanisława Kierbedzia Street. The project developer is our sister company, Eiffage Immobilier Polska.

The building’s form is a reference to the best examples of Warsaw modernist architecture. The design of the building at Kierbedzia 4 combines contemporary functional architecture with the modernist architecture of the Mokotów district. The distinctive, cascading, seven-story building houses 128 apartments ranging in size from 33 to 88 square meters. Each apartment boasts a charming, elegant balcony with glass balustrades, a spacious terrace (up to 40 square meters), or a lush, green garden protected from the gaze of passersby. Functional room layouts create limitless design possibilities, and thanks to panoramic windows, residents of the top floors also have the opportunity to admire the impressive panorama of Warsaw.

Common space filled with art

Kierbedzia 4 also boasts a carefully designed common space. High-quality finishing materials, artistic elements incorporated into the representative lobby in the form of a wall mosaic by Dominika Jastrzębska. As a result, the building not only gained a unique artistic feature, but above all drew on the finest modernist traditions of Mokotów, of which mosaics—so highly prized at the time—were a key element.

Furthermore, high-quality finishing materials and carefully selected details, such as stylish doorways and energy-efficient LED lighting, create an elegant and harmonious space where comfort goes hand in hand with design. A two-level underground car park, with at least one parking space for each flat, and storage lockers will also make daily life easier for residents. For cyclists, there are bicycle storage boxes and a bicycle repair station.

Elegance and security

The cascading form of the Kierbedzia 4 building stands out for its modern design and elegance. The commercial section echoes the proportions and shape of classic Warsaw pavilions, whilst the graphite-coloured plaster in the residential section, which shimmers in the sun, lends the building a sense of lightness, creating an optical play of light.

With the comfort and safety of residents in mind, the development is also equipped with a surveillance system and access control, and the ground-floor flats are fitted with burglar-proof windows.
