The factory below Poznan was constructed for a world-renowned Polish producer of urban transport vehicles.

By expanding the production area of the plant by more than 7,500 sq. m and an additional 5,000 sq. m of office space, Solaris Bus & Coach was able to increase its manufacturing capacities. The new hall is dedicated to the production of new-generation light city buses. At the IAA Trade Show in Hannover in 2016, Solaris Urbino 12 electric was chosen as the best city bus of the year (Bus of the Year 2017).
