A successful example of the revitalization of historic buildings and their adaptation to the needs of today's residents.
The former monastery complex - situated at the foot of the Wawel Hill, by the boulevards of the Vistula River - has changed into a prestigious apartment building. There are 221 apartments, as well as a wellness area and a lounge area. The most expensive penthouse, known as the royal suite, boasts area of nearly 700 m2, three floors, access to a private elevator and SPA zone. Interior the walls and vaults are decorated by the polychrome paintings by Jan Bukowski, a painter of the Young Poland period, renovated by Eiffage. This royal site is unique in all of Europe.
