“Zillennial Academy” – a proprietary training program for Eiffage’s youngest employees

At our company, we believe that the future is built today – that’s why we launched the Zillennial Academy, our proprietary development program dedicated to our youngest employees.

Who are Zillennials? They are representatives of a hybrid, bridge generation between Millennials and Gen Z. Born in the last decade of the twentieth century, they grew up during the transition from the analog to the digital era. Today, they are increasingly present in the job market, and our role and mission is to help them find their place in it.

What is the Academy?

It is Eiffage’s internal, comprehensive training program that combines:

  • practical onboarding into the company’s organizational culture,

  • a series of workshops covering both soft and hard skills,

  • mentoring provided by experienced employees,

  • an individual development path tailored to each participant’s potential and interests.

Why are we doing this?

Our goal is not only to attract young talent but above all to support and retain them within the organization. We want to be a place where young people feel seen, heard, and empowered to make a real impact on the company’s growth.

The first edition of the Zillennial Academy is already underway – bringing with it plenty of positive energy, fresh ideas, and inspiration. With joy and curiosity, we are watching our young employees grow, take initiative, and bring a new quality to our teams.
