Eiffage Polska Budownictwo launches a new construction site for GH Development

iffage Polska Budownictwo has signed a contract with GH Development to construct a modern residential building with retail units on Aleja KEN in Warsaw. The development will be built in a prominent location in Ursynów, on the site of the former Multikino cinema, and will play a key role in the further development of this dynamic district.

 

Phase I of the ale!Ken project involves the construction of an elegant, seven-storey building with a total area of 13,155 sq m. It will comprise 120 flats, retail units and 145 parking spaces in a single-storey underground car park. The project has been contracted as part of the first phase, with the option to extend it to a further phase within the next six months. Completion of works and the granting of the occupancy permit are scheduled for the second half of 2027.
