In August 2020 the consortium of Eiffage companies in Poland obtained a permit for using 450 apartments in the tallest 18-floor building that fits into an urban landscaping investment project, that is the Browary Warszawskie (Warsaw Brewery). A complex of the Apartamenty przy Bramie (Apartments at the Gate) that has been commissioned for use will offer flats for rent under a Resi4Rent formula. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Within the last 24 months the consortium of Eiffage companies, acting as a general contractor, has completed a complex of five connected residential buildings with commercial part located on the ground floors. They mark another stage of a flagship investment project by Echo Investment in the Browary Warszawskie located in Warsaw\u2019s Wola District <\/p>\n

The complex offers 450 apartments with commercial premises on the ground floors. The entire building is characterised by different floor heights. The lowest one has 6 floors. The tallest one, an 18-floor high rise, is over 60 meters high. All the buildings are connected by a common two-level garage that is located underground (partially under the courtyard), with parking bays for cars and bicycles. Parking bays for bicycles are also found in roofed passages under the gates located below the four skywalks. The total area of the buildings erected in the two stages amounts to over 30,000 sq.m., and the usable floor area of the flats is 18,000 sq.m. <\/p>\n

Meticulously fitted into the surrounding area, an original fa\u00e7ade of the new buildings is an eye-catching element. Characteristic skew walls clad with small, light-gray bricks create interesting triangular shadows over the entire building. Besides the fa\u00e7ade, window and door frames display a high standard of workmanship. The windows run a full height of the apartments. Closed with portals the internal doors match the colour of the corridor walls. Eiffage has also executed entrance lobbies in each building using the highest quality materials, among others, by fitting on copper cladding. <\/p>\n

The Browary Warszawskie is an area located within Grzybowska, Wronia, Ch\u0142odna, and Krochmalna Streets that Echo Investment has composed anew into the urban fabric. A new urban quarter open to public is being developed there, made up of residential and office buildings, public squares, recreational areas, as well as caf\u00e9s, restaurants, and shops. Designers from an renown office of JEMS Architekci have contributed to the creation of an exceptional place in Poland\u2019s capital by harmoniously combining the existing historic with modern architecture and a large greenery area. The advantages of the place is its location in the vicinity of Warsaw\u2019s centre and access to the developed municipal transportation, including a nearby underground station. <\/p>\n

All in all, the Eiffage group has executed over 700 apartments in the Browary Warszawskie. Earlier the Apartamenty przy Krochmalnej (Apartments at Krochmalna Street) with 304 flats were commissioned by Eiffage in November last year. <\/p>\n
