Altogether, 198 apartment units and 7 commercial premises have been officially handed over.<\/b><br \/>\nLocated in the district of Ursyn\u00f3w in close proximity to the Natolin underground station, the Przy Ba\u017cantarni housing estate comprises three buildings of original form with 6 to 10 storeys. The final number of apartment units is smaller than planned as, at buyers\u2019 request, several units have been knocked together to form one. The two-storey underground car parks hold 270 parking spaces; additionally, 14 above-ground parking spaces are provided in front of the buildings. Within the estate grounds, a square with a playground has also been designed.<br \/>\nThe Przy Ba\u017cantarni housing estate has been developed in a highly sought-after location.
