The general contractor for POSNANIA was Eiffage, which specializes in building structures of unique scale and technical complexity. <\/b>
\nThe investor and manager of POSNANIA is Apsys Polska. The structure was built using various technologies, including reinforced concrete slabs of auditorium in the multiplex, filigree and monolithic slabs and monolithic walls. Used were also energy efficient materials.
\nEiffage completed the construction works in just 26 months. The high safety level at the construction site was guaranteed by the prevention programmes of OHS. The construction took approx. 1\u00a0400\u00a0000 man-hours and over that period there was no accident that could be classified as serious.
\nFrom the start POSNANIA was built by Eiffage in cooperation with the investor, Apsys Polska, in such a way that the building could meet the requirements of BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) regulations.
