The total area including garage space and hallways is equal to 13,839 m<sup>2<\/sup>, while the volume of the buildings is 44,168 m<sup>3<\/sup>. The layout of the apartments will vary, some will come with optional balconies, loggias, and terraces. The apartments on the top floor will feature large windows to showcase views of Ko\u015bciuszko Mount and Old Town. All three buildings will be set on a single reinforced concrete slab with and underground parking underneath. The &#8220;Salwator City&#8221; residential complex was designed to provide maximum comfort to its residents. A touch of splendor and prestige will be added with high quality finishing materials, quiet elevators, and state-of-the-art security systems preventing unauthorized access to various security zones. Salwator City Sp. z o.o. is the Investor of the project. The PLN 35M contract was signed on October 23, 2007.
