The Construction of the Year contest is organized periodically by the Polish Association of Civil Engineers and Technicians in collaboration with the Ministry of Infrastructure and the General Office of Building Control. The entrant buildings are rated according to their quality, organization, completion time, technological solutions involved, Health and Safety issues, and economic and environmental impact on the region. The judging panel awards the most original projects in the Polish construction sector. The Holiday Inn in J\u00f3zef\u00f3w boasts 151 guest rooms, conference rooms, a restaurant complex, swimming pool, fitness room, SPA, and golf club.
