Our company\u2019s latest initiatives demonstrate that the future of the construction industry rests not only on technology and experience, but above all on people \u2013 their energy, ambition and fresh perspective.<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>On 1 April, you\u2019ll be able to meet us at the Construction Job Fair organised by the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology. The event is aimed at students and graduates of technical universities \u2013 particularly those who see their future in construction and civil engineering. Our company\u2019s stand will serve as a space for meetings, discussions and the first steps towards a career with one of Europe\u2019s largest construction groups.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u2013 We want to be close to young people who are just entering the job market. For us, this is not only an opportunity to present career opportunities, but above all to understand their perspectives and expectations. We believe that open dialogue with the younger generation allows us to better respond to the changing needs of the market and build a working environment in which they can develop, learn and have a real impact on the world around them. We want them to feel, right from the start of their career, that they are part of a team where their voice matters,\u201d emphasises <strong>Monika Balewska, HR Director at Eiffage Polska Budownictwo<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Meanwhile, 30 March marked the conclusion of the first edition of the <strong>\u201cZillenials Academy\u201d \u2013 a year-long, in-house training and mentoring programme aimed at Eiffage\u2019s youngest employees.<\/strong> The programme focused on developing managerial skills, building self-confidence and preparing participants to take on more responsible roles within the organisation. The Academy is, above all, a tangible investment in the people who are already helping to shape the company\u2019s future. Thanks to the support of mentors and a practical approach, participants were able to gain experience that goes beyond standard career paths.<\/p>\n<p>Eiffage\u2019s initiatives form part of a broader strategy to build a team based on diversity and intergenerational collaboration. Currently, 14% of the company\u2019s workforce are under 30, which \u2013 combined with the experience of senior specialists \u2013 creates an environment conducive to knowledge exchange and development.
