The design of the building at Kierbedzia 4 combines\u00a0contemporary functional architecture with the modernist architecture of the Mokot\u00f3w district.\u00a0<\/strong>The distinctive,\u00a0cascading, seven-story building houses 128 apartments\u00a0<\/strong>ranging in size from\u00a033 to 88 square meters.\u00a0<\/strong>Each apartment boasts a charming, elegant\u00a0balcony<\/strong>\u00a0with glass balustrades,\u00a0a spacious terrace<\/strong>\u00a0(up to 40 square meters), or a lush,\u00a0green garden<\/strong>\u00a0protected from the gaze of passersby.\u00a0Functional room layouts<\/strong>\u00a0create limitless design possibilities, and thanks to\u00a0panoramic windows<\/strong>, residents of the top floors also have the opportunity to admire the impressive panorama of Warsaw.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Kierbedzia 4 also boasts a carefully designed common space.
