The object of the signed contract is the construction of 3 multi-family residential buildings with a service part located in the centre of Pozna\u0144 &#8211; on the border between Wilda and \u015ar\u00f3dmie\u015bcie.<\/p>\n<p>The scope of work includes the construction of 93 flats and 3 service units, an underground car park, the construction of internal infrastructure, the construction of connections and the target environment, the reconstruction of the nearby tramway station and the execution documentation.<\/p>\n<p>OKRE G\u00f3rna Wilda Sp. z o.o. is a special purpose vehicle of the development company OKRE Development Sp. z o.o., which since 1995 has been implementing residential and office projects in the centres of the largest cities in Poland &#8211; in Warsaw, Wroc\u0142aw and Pozna\u0144.
