As a result of the entry into force of the Act on 30 August 2019, amending the Act – Code of Commercial Companies and certain other laws (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798) by 31.12.2020 at the latest. all paper documents of ownership of shares must be submitted to the company in order to be converted into an electronic form. The effective force of the share documents issued by the company shall expire by law on 1 March 2021.<\/p>\n

Below is the first call for shareholders to submit share documents at the company’s headquarters.<\/p>\n

We would like to inform you that the Company will keep you informed about the next stages of the process of dematerialization of shares.<\/p>\n
