CSR

Worldwide, Eiffage meets CSR challenges and engages in long-term cooperation with non-governmental organizations, local societies and authorities. Eiffage launched several CSR projects including:

  • All Eiffage employees are guaranteed health insurance, safety at work and opportunities for personal development through Opportunities Equalization Program
  • Employment and integration of disabled persons as a continuation of joint activities held from 2009 with Agefiph – organization which helps disabled people
  • Emphasizing our participation and leadership in regional professional activation units which encourage employment and professional activity
  • In 2005 Eiffage joined the United Nation Global Compact and has since reiterated its commitment to the General Secretariat of the United Nations every year

Eiffage in Poland takes into account social values and environmental issues while striving to achieve financial success. Therefore, we participate in multiple important social projects such as:

EDUCATION

  • We support young talented students by sponsoring year by year annual competition in mathematics for primary and secondary school students organized by Mikołaj Rej School in Kielce
  • Each year we sponsor annual seminars on road traffic safety and lifesaving workshops with the public fireguard

HEALTH

  • Sponsorship of renovation project of Division of Childhood Diabetes at the university-affiliated children’s hospital in Warsaw

EMPLOYEE VOLUNTEERING

  • Renovation of a sociotherapeutic community center in Warsaw due to volunteer work of Eiffage employees in 2011

CHILDREN

  • Participation in a campaign and sport charity event for a 2-year old boy who suffers from spinal muscular atrophy
  • Eiffage employees funded 2,500 meals for poor children
  • Long-term cooperation with a children’s home in Warsaw ( in 2009-2014) and sponsoring of winter holidays for pupils
  • The company funded a playing ground for Bielany District in Warsaw

SAFETY

Annual internal Health and Safety competition, ‘Safest Construction Site of the Year’ which aims at improving safety at our construction sites.
